Join us for a beautiful day of connection, learning, and celebration for mamas, female caregivers, and their tween/early teen daughters. Enjoy yoga, creativity, time in nature, and a special workshop with Women’s Health Educator Tara Ghosh, exploring the rhythms of the female cycle. ✨ Early Bird £150 + booking (one adult + daughter free) until 5th May. ✨ Includes all sessions, materials, goody bag and a nourishing lunch.
