Join Esther Abrey Yoga for our drop-in Pregnancy Yoga classes and nurture both you and your baby with the gift of wellness. Note that you can also book the 6 week course for a reduced rate. Throughout these classes, Esther will guide you through gentle yet effective poses designed to ease pregnancy-related discomforts and help prepare you for childbirth. With a focus on breathing techniques, mindfulness, and relaxation, each session helps you connect deeply with your body and your baby, supporting your pregnancy journey. This class is suitable for beginners and offers more than just yoga for pregnant women. It’s a specialized practice designed to support you and your baby as your body undergoes incredible changes. Together, we will explore techniques to stretch, stabilize, and strengthen your body, as well as breathing and relaxation exercises you can use throughout your pregnancy.
