Join us for Sunday slow flow yoga and meditation in the heated Tipi, followed by a nourishing brunch and refreshments served by the wonderful folk at The Spire and Spoke.
Nestled in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, The Spire and Spoke welcomes cyclists, walkers, and now yogis to enjoy it's unique rustic heated tipi with stunning views onto the Watlington Hill 'spire'.
A favourite with locals for its relaxed vibe, and delicious food, these Sunday special pop-ups will help you to start your Sunday right - slow flow yoga, meditation and breathwork, followed by nourishing and scrummy food, while taking in the stunning views of Watlington, under the twinkling canopy of the heated tipi.
