ABOUT ESTHER

Hi, I’m Esther.

I work with yoga, coaching, and nervous system-based practices to support people navigating pressure, responsibility, and change — helping them feel more grounded, clear, and able to live and work in a way that feels sustainable.

MY WORK

My work sits at the intersection of coaching, nervous system awareness, and embodied practice.

I support people in two main ways:

  • through structured 1:1 coaching (including my 3-month Back to You programme)

  • through yoga and movement practices that support regulation, strength, and recovery

Alongside this, I also work with organisations to support workplace wellbeing and sustainable performance.

Across all of it, the focus is the same:

helping people understand themselves more clearly, and respond to life with more steadiness and choice.

HOW I WORK

I don’t see people as things to be fixed.

I see patterns, responses, and lived experience — and I work with those gently and practically.

My approach blends:

  • coaching (ICF-informed)

  • nervous system and stress regulation work (polyvagal-informed)

  • yoga, movement, and breath practices

  • mindfulness and reflective space

Sometimes that looks like conversation.

Sometimes it looks like movement.

Often it’s a combination of both.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

People come to me when they are:

  • feeling stretched or under pressure

  • navigating change or transition

  • questioning what “enough” or “success” really looks like

  • wanting to feel more at home in themselves again

Together we slow things down, make sense of patterns, and create space for more sustainable ways of living and working.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

When I’m not teaching or working with clients, you’ll usually find me:

  • upside down in an aerial hammock or hoop

  • listening to my latest vinyl finds

  • reading

  • or spending time with my (increasingly not so little) family

WHERE I WORK

You can find me across West Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and online, including:
Twyford, Caversham, Wallingford, Henley, Watlington, and Streatley.

I work with corporate clients to develop wellbeing offerings to support mental wellness, resilience and stress reduction. From regular in-house and online offerings, to bespoke mindfulness workshops, and staff wellbeing days, I have worked with small local businesses to FTSE 100 companies to support their staff and bring my client's wellness strategies to life.

In addition, I have developed kids yoga sessions, incorporating my skills and experience in volunteering with children, playing and exploring with my own small people, and my studies into yoga and mindfulness.

I  have also completed Makaton Levels 1 and 2 qualifications, incorporating these into my accessible yoga classes for those with learning and physical disabilities, as well as studies into baby and child development, informing my approach to class structure and movement to support neural and motor development.
