ABOUT ESTHER

Welcome to my space for yoga, meditation and wellbeing offerings. I have been teaching yoga in Oxfordshire since 2016, having practiced yoga myself for over 20 years.

I love helping you love yoga. For me, yoga is a way of letting our heads and our bodies be in the same space at the same time, nurturing mindfulness, and in turn, supporting our nervous system to be balanced and responsive to where we find ourselves off the mat. This is reinforced with every new nugget of learning I explore. These feelings and experiences inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and their surroundings. Book a class now and start reconnecting with your body, your breath, and with you!

In addition, I have developed kids yoga sessions, incorporating my skills and experience in volunteering with children, playing and exploring with my own small people, and my studies into yoga and mindfulness.

I have also completed Makaton Levels 1 and 2 qualifications, incorporating these into my accessible yoga classes for those with learning and physical disabilities, as well as studies into baby and child development, informing my approach to class structure and movement to support neural and motor development.
