ABOUT ESTHER
Hi, I’m Esther — thank you for stopping by my space for yoga, meditation, and wellbeing.

With over 20 years of personal practice and teaching experience, I bring a grounded blend of wisdom, curiosity, and compassion to everything I share. My classes are an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect — whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years.

Each session offers a safe and supportive space to explore movement and stillness at your own pace. Together we cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and a deeper connection to body, breath, and self.

My teaching draws on many influences — from Ashtanga Vinyasa and restorative yoga to yoga for athletes — as well as more specialised areas including perinatal yoga, yoga for anxiety, depression and PTSD, accessible and chair-based yoga, applied Polyvagal Theory, MBSR, and yoga nidra meditation. I love weaving traditional practices with modern insights from neuroscience and somatics and embodiment to make yoga truly accessible and relevant for everyday life.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me upside down in an aerial hammock or hoop, studying something new, hunting for records, getting lost in a good book, or spending time with my (not-so-little-anymore) ones.

You can join me on the mat in Twyford, Wallingford, Henley, Watlington, Streatley — and beyond.
Come and take a breath, move how your body needs, and reconnect with you.
