You are warmly invited to order your food, drinks, and refreshments directly from The Spire & Spoke throughout the day.
Herbal teas and light snacks will be available in the tipi for you to enjoy between sessions.

Esther Abrey

Esther Abrey is a seasoned yoga instructor with over 20 years of personal practice and teaching experience. She offers a nurturing and inclusive approach to yoga, drawing from diverse styles such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, restorative yoga, and yoga for athletes.

 

Her expertise extends to specialized areas including perinatal yoga, yoga for mental health, and applied Polyvagal Theory. Esther also leads retreats and workshops, providing spaces for individuals to connect with their bodies and minds.

Watlington Wellness Centre

The Watlington Wellness Centre is a hub of local professionals dedicated to improving our community’s health and well-being.​

 

Our team comprises of registered professionals and therapists who are committed to providing holistic services to support your health and improve your happiness.
