Service Description

Gentle postnatal classes to stabilise, strengthen and ease your incredible postnatal body, all while connecting with your little ones. From Doctor's sign off for classes (6 weeks vaginal birth, 12 weeks caesarean birth) Classes are at Grace & Gravity Studio in Howbery Park 10.30am Tuesday mornings, or private bookings (individual or group) also available.
