About

My name is Esther Abrey

I’m passionate about supporting women through their perinatal journey because I’ve been there myself. After experiencing severe anxiety during my first pregnancy, I became dedicated to helping other women navigate what can be an emotional and physical rollercoaster of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period. My own journey led me to explore all the ways we can care for our incredible bodies, minds, and nervous systems during this transformative time.

What sets my approach apart is that it’s grounded not only in personal experience, and my years of experience supporting 100s of women, but also in scientific research. I continuously study the latest developments in prenatal wellness, yoga, and childbirth education to bring you techniques that are both effective and evidence-based. Whether it’s relieving pregnancy discomforts, preparing your body for birth, or regulating your nervous system, everything we do is designed to support both you and your baby in a mindful, informed way.

I’m here to create a safe, nurturing space where you can connect with your body, mind, and baby. With a blend of personal insight and scientific credibility, I’m committed to empowering you on your pregnancy journey with the best tools available.
