Why Choose This Retreat?
In 2025, we welcomed an amazing group of mamas and daughters over our 2 signature Mama Daughter Retreat Days who shared, laughed, cuddled, and created lifelong memories together.
The response was overwhelming, with so many of you asking for more — so here we are!
This retreat is for mothers (or female caregivers) and daughters (ages 9–13) to enjoy quality time together in a space that’s nurturing, joyful, and free from distractions.
As daughters grow, the years between childhood and the teenage world can feel like a big transition — for them and for us as mums. Bodies change, friendships shift, confidence can wobble, and the pace of life often means we rarely pause to simply be together.
This retreat day is an opportunity to step away from the everyday and share a meaningful experience with your daughter.
Through playful partner yoga, creative exploration, and supportive conversations, we’ll create space for connection, laughter, and gentle reflection.
It’s not about doing yoga perfectly or having all the answers. It’s about strengthening your bond, building confidence, and reminding our daughters (and ourselves) that they are already enough.
Many mothers tell us these are the moments they remember most — the laughter, the quiet conversations, the feeling of being truly present together. Our intention is that you leave feeling nourished, relaxed, and with memories that will stay with you both for years to come.
We’ll guide you through a day of shared learning, movement, and reflection that will not only strengthen your bond but also equip you with tools and conversations that last far beyond the tipi.
