In May 2025, we welcomed an amazing group of mamas and daughters who shared, laughed, cuddled, and created lifelong memories together.

 

The response was overwhelming, with so many of you asking for more — so here we are!

This retreat is for mothers (or female caregivers) and daughters (ages 9–13) to enjoy quality time together in a space that’s nurturing, joyful, and free from distractions.


We’ll guide you through a day of shared learning, movement, and reflection that will not only strengthen your bond but also equip you with tools and conversations that last far beyond the tipi.

A Gentle Shape of the Day
  • We’ll begin with a welcoming opening circle to arrive together.

  • Flow into a nourishing movement practice, designed to support all bodies.

  • Explore themes of change and cycles through gentle discussion and reflection.

  • Enjoy breaks together. Feel free to order your lunch straight from the venue upon arrival, or bring your own nourishment for our lunch break.

  • Express and connect through a creative exercise.

  • Take another moment of rest.

  • Reconnect with the body through nervous system–friendly movement.

  • Gather back in closing circle to complete our shared day.
