Isie Carter ~ an intuitive empath, holistic mentor, and yoga teacher who guides others through her SPIRITUAL ALCHEMY method. Isie joined us in December 2025.
Jasmine Anderson is a holistic wellness practitioner offering breathwork, meditation, coaching, and energy healing. She supports calm, clarity, and self-empowerment through intuitive, heart-led practices. Jasmine joined us in November 2025.
Isabelle Brough is a Level 5 clinical massage therapist, with over 10 years’ experience, specialising in restorative movement, oncology massage, and foot-led musculoskeletal health. Her supportive approach blends hands-on treatment with simple movement practices for lasting relief and ease. Isabelle joined us in October 2025.
Miranda Boscawen offers authentic Ayurvedic massage, combining warm herbal oils, breath-led techniques, and Marma point acupressure to restore balance and ease stress. Her integrative approach blends ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern wellbeing insights for whole-person care. Miranda joined us for our September 2025 gathering.
Katie Spicer is a Happiness Coach and EFT Practitioner supporting Highly Sensitive People to move beyond overwhelm and self-doubt. She helps clients embrace their sensitivity as a strength and reconnect with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Katie shared her magic at our June session.
