Booking Terms of Service

I really value the time and energy we share in our sessions. To help everything flow smoothly — for you, for me, and for the wider community I support — I’ve set out some simple guidelines around bookings, payments, and cancellations.

These terms apply in different ways depending on the type of work we’re doing together. Please take a moment to read the section that relates to your booking.

Private Client Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Each session is a dedicated space for you — time held with care and intention. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make any changes, so that I can offer the space to someone else who may need it.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.

  • If you arrive late, I’ll gently adjust our time together to fit, though the full session fee will still apply.

Thank you for honouring this policy — it helps me hold a consistent, supportive rhythm for everyone I work with.

Payment Policy

  • New clients: To confirm your first booking, full payment is kindly requested in advance.

  • Returning clients: You’re welcome to pay after your session if that feels easier for you.

Payment is by bank transfer (details will be shared in your confirmation email). Please note that all payments are non-refundable, and the 24-hour cancellation policy above still applies.

Event Bookings

When you book a place at one of my workshops, retreats, or gatherings, you’re reserving a spot in an intimate group experience. To keep things simple and fair:

  • All event bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you can no longer attend, you’re very welcome to gift your place to someone else. I’ll just need their full details and a completed waiver so I can send them all the booking information.

  • Event booking terms are also clearly outlined at the time of purchase on the booking platform.​

Thank you for understanding — it allows me to prepare each event with care and clarity, knowing every space is held with intention.

Corporate Bookings

Corporate wellbeing sessions are tailored to your team and often require advance preparation. To support this process:

  • A part-payment (deposit) is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due once the work has been completed.

  • Invoices will clearly set out the amounts and payment dates.

If you need to reschedule, I’ll always do my best to accommodate within reason — but please note that deposits are non-refundable, as they cover the time and preparation required in advance.
