These sessions combine coaching, nervous system regulation, embodied practices, yoga, movement, mindfulness, and reflective work depending on what feels most supportive.

This is not one-size-fits-all wellbeing.

Together we create a personalised approach that helps you move from overwhelm, stress, and disconnection towards greater steadiness, clarity, and self-awareness.

Available online and in person.

Sessions begin at £85 (60 mins).

3-month personalised support

A deeper, more sustained way of working together for those wanting ongoing support and accountability.

Back to You is designed for people who are functioning well on the outside, but feeling the impact of sustained pressure, internal expectation, or a quiet sense of disconnection underneath.

This is not about being told what to do.

It is a structured space to slow things down, understand what is driving your current patterns, and reconnect with what feels meaningful, sustainable, and aligned for you.

Includes:

  • 6 x 1:1 sessions

  • personalised workbook and reflective practices

  • weekly check-ins

  • ongoing light-touch support between sessions

  • monthly nidra

  • guided breathwork and nervous system regulation practices

Ideal for you if:

Mentoring for Practitioners

Supporting those who support others.

I offer mentoring for yoga teachers and wellbeing practitioners looking for thoughtful guidance as they grow their own work.

Drawing on years of teaching experience, leadership within studio communities, corporate experience, and specialist training across multiple disciplines, these sessions provide space to think strategically, build confidence, and develop work that feels authentic and sustainable.

Sessions may include:

• teaching development
• navigating self-employment
• building confidence and clarity
• business development within the wellbeing space
• professional decision making
• finding your own voice as a practitioner

Fee: £95 per session
3-session packages available

1:1 Coaching Sessions

The focus is always practical, led by you, the client, and relevant to your life. You're not being analysed, fixed or told what to do. 

Instead, I support you in slowing things down to see what's really going on, understanding your own patterns and responses more clearly, finding ways of moving things forward that feel sustainable, not forced. 

There's space for honesty, reflection, and challenge where needed - but always grounded in what feels useful and manageable for you. 

A note on boundaries - this work is reflective and supportive in nature, drawing on coaching, nervous system awareness, and embodied practices. It is not therapy or clinical treatment. 

Flexible, focused support

A dedicated 1:1 space to think clearly, work through what’s present, and move forward with more clarity and steadiness.

These sessions are suitable if you are:

  • feeling stuck or overwhelmed

  • navigating a decision or period of change

  • wanting space to reflect without committing to longer-term work

Sessions are tailored to what is most relevant for you, combining reflective conversation with practical, grounded support.

Available on a limited basis for those looking for occasional support.

Accessibility

I offer a small number of reduced-rate session blocks for those who are currently experiencing financial difficulty.

This is intended to make the work more accessible where cost would otherwise be a barrier, while maintaining the same level of support and quality.

These spaces are limited, and offered on a trust basis — there is no need to provide evidence or explanation.
