Coaching sessions are held online via Zoom and last 60 minutes.

Is this therapy?

No. Whole Person Coaching is not therapy and it doesn’t involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. It is a reflective, forward-focused coaching process that supports clarity, self-awareness, and intentional change. If you are currently working with a therapist, coaching can often sit alongside that work.

Do I need a clear goal before starting?
​
Not at all. Many people come to coaching feeling unsure, foggy, or at a crossroads. A big part of this work is creating space for clarity to emerge.

What kinds of things can I bring to coaching?
​
Anything that feels relevant to your life right now — work, identity, confidence, decision-making, boundaries, burnout, transitions, or simply a sense that something needs attention. We work with what’s present.

Why do you recommend a 5-session pack?
